



Well, look at you! Using the に particle to talk about when events take place like a pro. Well, let’s keep the ball rolling on that by learning how to express dates and times. I introduced some of this to you in the previous lesson, but now we'll go more in-depth!
You’ll also be learning how to express a verb that occurs over a certain range of time like “eating for two hours” or “sleeping for a whole day”. Yay! Let’s do it!
In Japan, you can choose between two ways of expressing a specific date in the calendar. The first one is the typical international format while the other is... pretty interesting! This second method uses the traditional Japanese calendar, which means we’ll go beyond the typical four-digit format of years that we all know and love.
