~たって is essentially a more casual, spoken version of ~ても, or "even (if)".
If ~たって replaces でも, it becomes だって.
~たって can be used with past casual verbs (~た + って・~だ + って), continuative form い-adjectives, as well as with nouns and な-adjectives.
~たって is most commonly translated as "even (if/though)" and "no matter (how)".
~たって is commonly used to make oppositional statements.
E.g. 今から勉強したって間に合わないよ。 "Even if you start studying now, it's too late."
E.g. しわくちゃになったって、ずっと好きだよ。 "I'll always love you, even if you get wrinkly."
E.g. どう考えたって、間違っているのはマイクさんです。 "No matter how you think of it, it's Mike who's in the wrong."
