~もかまわず is a combination of the も particle and the ず negative form of the verb 構う ("to mind; to care").
The ~もかまわず pattern is used to express that someone does X, while not caring about something that most people might reasonably be expected to care about.
~もかまわず can attach to nouns or nominalized verbs/い-adjectives/(somewhat uncommonly)な-adjectives.
E.g. 父は、家族の心配もかまわず、一人で山へ行ってしまった。 "Without regard for his family's worry, my father went into the mountains by himself."
E.g. 大事な試合が明日あるのもかまわず、飲みに行ってしまった。 "Without regard for the fact that they have an important game tomorrow, they went drinking."
E.g. 上の人は、夜遅いのもかまわずドンドン歩いたり、掃除機をかけたりする。 "The person above me stomps around and vacuums without regard for the fact that it's late at night."
